Chi is General Counsel at SALI Fund Services. She joined the firm in 2016, and is responsible for managing the full spectrum of the company’s legal affairs. Chi most recently was assistant general counsel at Spinnaker Capital, an emerging markets alternative asset management firm. Prior to that, she was in private practice with Dewey & LeBoeuf and Linklaters, specializing in corporate finance, derivatives and project finance. Chi received a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
