Eric is a Principal of SALI Fund Services. In this role, his primary focus is on the marketing of SALI to investment managers, insurance companies, and investors, while working closely with Tom Nieman, SALI’s Managing Principal and Chief Financial Officer, on strategic business planning for the firm.
Eric became actively involved with the marketing of SALI in 2003, and was named a Principal of SALI in 2009. Over the past 15 years, his expertise with SALI has evolved into a specialized practice of structuring and marketing Insurance-Dedicated Funds (IDFs) across multiple asset classes in both the institutional and high net worth markets.
As a frequent speaker at industry events, Eric addresses advisor audiences on IDFs as well as Private Placement Variable Annuity (PPVA) and Private Placement Variable Universal Life (PPVUL) investment portfolios. He has also co-authored articles published in Private Asset Management and Trusts and Estates magazines on the subject of PPVA.
A graduate of Yale University with a BA in American Studies, Eric was a pitcher and four-year letter winner for the Yale baseball team. He is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), and holds FINRA Series 3, 6, and 63 securities licenses.
